NOREVYO provides an AI website assistant, lead capture, conversation storage, notifications, and business administration tools. This notice describes the information the platform is designed to process.
Information processed
- Business account information such as business name, industry, administrator email, website domains, and notification recipients.
- Website visitor information voluntarily provided during a conversation, such as name, email, phone number, stated need, and conversation transcript.
- Technical information needed for security and abuse prevention, such as session identifiers, request metadata, and rate-limit records.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the assistant, qualify and store leads, maintain business dashboards, send configured notifications, secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Business control
Business administrators control the configuration used for their assistant, notification recipients, and authorized website domains. Visitor information is intended for the business relationship and should not be used for unrelated purposes.
Third parties
NOREVYO may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database services, AI processing, and email delivery. API credentials are intended to remain server-side and are not exposed to website visitors.
Retention and deletion
Production retention and deletion periods are defined by the applicable customer agreement and NOREVYO's operational policy. NOREVYO provides a guarded business offboarding workflow for deletion of business leads, conversations, memberships, and the business record; the account used to administer the workspace may be retained unless separately deleted.
